The data center cluster located in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province is one of the eight computing power hubs of our country’s "Eastern Digital and Western Computing" project. Recently, Guangdong Telecom and Huawei jointly built the first 400G all-optical capacity network in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, deploying advanced all-optical cross-OXC, ultra-high-speed 400G, automatic switched optical network ASON, iMaster NCE and other solutions to provide Shaoguan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen with "ultra-low latency, ultra-large bandwidth, ultra-high reliability, super intelligence, green and low-carbon" high-quality capacity, and help the super computing power of the Shaoguan cluster, a national hub node, radiate to the Greater Bay Area, realize "computing industry" and support the high-quality development of the digital economy in the Greater Bay Area. It is understood that the Shaoguan cluster will meet the real-time computing power needs of core cities in the Greater Bay Area such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and build a computing power center that radiates to South China and even the whole country. It is expected that by 2025, the Shaoguan cluster will become a world-class computing power facility cluster.
