Moderator: At present, "internet plus" is a hot word, and many people are talking about "internet plus". But there are different opinions about what "internet plus" is and what its characteristics are. Can you define it?

Guo Chongqing: I have defined "internet plus" myself, that is, using Internet technologies (mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, etc.) to transform traditional industries, economy and society with an open, equal, collaborative and shared Internet thinking, so as to achieve an open, fair, harmonious, competitive and sustainable economy and society.

One of the characteristics of Internet economy is openness, public participation, inclusiveness, disintermediation, equality and fairness, which weakens the influence of geographical distance, weakens the asymmetry of economic activity information and strengthens the dominant position of consumers. The scope of "internet plus" can cover corporate governance, social governance, economic governance, national governance and even global governance. Another feature of the Internet economy is "collaborative sharing", and the superstructure must adapt to the economic base. "Collaborative sharing" must be the morphological feature of "zero marginal cost society", and the ideas of corporate governance and global governance should come from this. It seems that the thinking of hegemony and profit maximization does not conform to the thinking trend of the Internet age. This feature also directly affects the behavior changes of a series of actors.

Moderator: What opportunities will this information technology revolution bring us?

Guo Chongqing: It has changed our understanding of industrial civilization. Although the manufacturing industry has met our great material and cultural needs, it has also brought unsustainable resource consumption and environmental damage. China’s economic structure and development mode must be changed, but despite years of adjustment and transformation, the results are not obvious. Suffering from the lack of grasping hands, it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to finally find a new engine at the intersection of the new scientific and technological revolution, restart China’s economy, and find a new growth momentum in the economic downturn. In the past, it was "cement+steel bar", but this time it was "fingertip+click". The integration of physical level and information level will definitely promote the economic and social development of China.

Wang Min: Industries with high traditional concentration and leading players enjoying channel monopoly premium will usher in disruptive innovation of the Internet. Internet eliminates the channel and brand cost of the original industrial chain, thus providing services to the demanders more efficiently. In this case, the Internet will subvert the industry, so-called "destructive innovation" and "decentralization". The object of decentralization may be an industry, a market, a group, or even commercial value, etc. In the future, whoever adapts to this value will get sustainable development.

Moderator: This surging information technology revolution, which seems to be independent of human will, is an opportunity for the development of China’s manufacturing industry. Specifically, what is this opportunity?

Guo Chongqing: The breakthrough of manufacturing enterprises in China is beyond the enterprise wall, and the networked ecological existence is the inevitable way out. The model of core technology leading products is out of date, the system determines success or failure, the integrator wins the world, and the core technology is not the whole factor of success or failure. This seems to give China people who have always been superstitious about core technologies a chance.

In this context, the survival and development of enterprises depend more on socialized and internationalized value creation. Small enterprise innovation and large enterprise industrialization seem to be a normal state; The ecological existence of network is manifested in the integration of vertical supply chain, horizontal value chain, and then evolution to the integration of network ecological chain, competition and cooperation, and synergy. Most manufacturing enterprises in China are still in the initial stage of vertical supply chain integration, far from entering the stage of ecological chain; Enterprises should have real-time insight into the market and accurately meet the needs of consumers. Abandon the producer-centered, product-centered, technology-centered manufacturing cultural plot, establish new values of "customer-centered", "service-centered" and "creating value for customers", and carry out in-depth changes in the manufacturing model and business model, with "internet plus" as the starting point.

Moderator: In the era of traditional manufacturing, the core value of a product is the product itself. Will this be subverted under the influence of the "internet plus" trend?

Guo Chongqing: The core value of more and more products is not the product itself but the service (such as TV and mobile phone). The integration of products and services is a feature of this information tide. APP defines products, and many manufacturers are marginalized because of different understandings of products and services. The TVs and cars developed by Google or LeTV are different from traditional manufacturers. Every link in the manufacturing value chain, including R&D, design, production, sales and service, must be redefined, and new products, new processes and new services must be recreated based on Internet technology. The influence of the information revolution far exceeds that of the industrial revolution. All walks of life can only adapt to the times and survive if they change and integrate into the change of information technology. As Yang Yuanqing of Lenovo Group said: "Whoever can’t keep up with the times will be the next Kodak."

Guo Chongqing: For example, the "internet plus" smart city promotes the socialization of government governance and universal information. Not long ago, the construction of "smart cities" was rolled out in 300 cities across the country, with huge investment and mixed quality. However, since the "internet plus" was put forward, the three major Internet companies competed to sign contracts with local governments to build "smart cities" in various places. Even in a corner of Guizhou, its "Guizhou on the Cloud" is at the forefront of smart city construction. With local governments actively promoting the opening of urban service data and Internet companies actively investing (the competition law of Internet companies: whoever gets the entrance gets the world), the government and the market complement each other, give full play to their respective strengths, innovate the public service supply model, and promote the socialization of government governance and information inclusiveness, which will certainly optimize the urban management process. The new urbanization of "internet plus" will also bring positive changes. Under the influence of "internet plus", the construction of new urbanization should be characterized by industry sinking, industry integration and industry uniform distribution. The formulation of "headquarters economy" is out of narrow geographical interests. The headquarters and production bases of large enterprises in the United States are scattered. FedEx headquarters is located in the southern town of Memphis, which is the largest air cargo hub in the world. Wal-Mart’s headquarters is also in a small city.

"internet plus" is of great significance to the hospital reform in a "battle-ready" state. Registration network and medical payment network play a supplementary role in solving the difficulty of seeing a doctor. With the development of Internet technology, a considerable part of diagnostic behaviors can be completed online, and artificial intelligence can partially replace doctors, including surgery, detection and chronic disease management in hospitals. Pharmacy can be separated from the hospital, patients can get peer-to-peer service across the hospital, and the family will become the main place for medical care in the future. The development of hospitals in China is specialized, fragmented and networked. There are 7 billion outpatient visits and 200 million hypertensive patients in China every year. Can some of these patients be treated at home in the future? One thing is certain, the medical function cannot be changed, but the hospital organization can be changed.

Wang Min: "internet plus" can be said to be a force to change the world, but this kind of+still has a premise. "internet plus" is not a label, and "internet plus" doesn’t just want to++,and it doesn’t simply stick the Internet and traditional industries together, but should make some "chemical changes" between them. Internet can add hospitals, education, new rural construction, finance, new urbanization and so on. After adding it, there will definitely be changes, big and small. If "internet plus" is to become a subversive force, the operating structure of the original industries, industries and organizations should be adjusted accordingly and actively. If there is no adjustment, the change will not be so obvious. But one thing is certain, if you don’t adapt and adjust, internet plus will force you to make changes sooner or later.

Today’s protagonist also found this point, so he will come out to be everyone’s little player, that is, this Feng Landa of GAC Toyota (hereinafter referred to as Feng Landa).

　　Feng Landa is a brand-new role, and this new car based on TNGA-C platform is positioned as a compact SUV. Although it is a newcomer, I would like to briefly introduce my life experience. After all, it is a global model and definitely an important new member. In July, 2020, Toyota launched the Corolla Cross in Thailand. This is easy to understand. As can be seen from the name, it is the combination of Corolla and SUV. It is said that it is a global model. In September last year, the Japanese market also launched the Corolla Cross, but its appearance is a little different from that of the Corolla Cross first released in Thailand. Today, this front landa adopts the shape of the Japanese version of Corolla Cross, and the Corolla Sharp of FAW Toyota has the same appearance as that of other overseas markets.

　　The SUV family of GAC Toyota is actually quite lively. C-HR focuses on dynamic personality and a little taste of fine products. Willanda has a higher positioning and is an important responsibility of the mainstream SUV market. After Feng Landa came, the main force added another one. It was mainly responsible for the entry-level compact SUV market, and it could also play other small SUV opponents in terms of price. These three SUVs of GAC Toyota are close comrades-in-arms now, and the division of labor is relatively clear.

　　Fenglanda was officially launched at the beginning of this year. There are currently five models in the new car system, and the guide price is 125,800-169,800 yuan. The middle and high-end models of this car are more cost-effective, and the most recommended one is the middle and high-end luxury version. However, today’s test drive only has high-end and top-end models, so we chose the high-end model with the second outstanding cost performance, a luxury PLUS version.

　　The color of the car body can best highlight the mood of Fenglanda, which is rich in choices. You can also play with a two-color car body and perform a different vitality.

　　Many competitors of the same price in Flanders belong to small SUVs, so Flanders can bully their opponents in terms of body size. Even if you come to the compact SUV level to find an opponent, Feng Landa will not suffer too much, and basically be on par with your opponent. A cold knowledge, maybe you will guess that the wheelbase of Fenglanda will be the same as that of Lei Ling, but the result is that the wheelbase of Lei Ling is even longer. Fortunately, the wheelbase of Fenglanda is not a weakness compared with its rivals.

　　The design of the rear of the car is more eye-catching. The standard suspended LED combination taillights are a bright spot, and then the shape of the rear enclosure is very heavy, and there are striking metal style trims. However, if you look down, its exhaust is hidden, which is less dynamic.

　　This 18-inch rim can be said to be specially designed for this model, because only this luxury PLUS version is equipped with 18-inch rims, and all other models are 17-inch rims. Yes, even the top is equipped with no 18-inch rims. The tire configuration is also quite powerful. The Han Tai Ventus S1 evo2 SUV series is adopted, which is a SUV series with high positioning, focusing on braking performance and fuel saving. The tire size of this car is 225/50 R18.

● Interior: lack of freshness

　　The manufacturer said at the beginning that this is the second time that Corolla met the SUV and came to the interior. From the design point of view, there are not many bright spots in the interior, which is not much different from the familiar Toyota Corolla and Lei Ling, and the freshness is not strong. However, this is also in line with its positioning. If you change your armor, you can go to the battlefield immediately and leave the bullets on the price/performance ratio, which is a bit of a magic drop.

　　When I got into the car, I suddenly began to feel that this high match was not so fragrant, and there were several places where I could see the grade soon. The first is the dashboard, which has only a 4.2-inch color information display screen. If it is top-matched, it will be replaced with a 7-inch screen, which is even more dazzling. Then this one is equipped with a leather steering wheel without a top, and it feels a little rough. Finally, there is air conditioning. Only the top equipment in the whole department has automatic air conditioning, and this high equipment naturally does not.

　　The 9-inch central control panel of central control is on the top of Flanders, but it will not be available until it is high-equipped. Other models are equipped with 8-inch screens. However, even a 9-inch screen with a high match or above has a general visual effect, and this size is difficult to hold everyone. There are several touch buttons on one side of the screen, which feel ordinary. It is more convenient to use a volume knob directly. In addition, there is no back button here, which makes the operation a little uncomfortable.

　　As for the function, the multimedia system is in place, everything is available, and the system response is good. The voice function is worthy of praise, and there are many places that can help. It can search songs and open windows, which keeps up with the mainstream level. However, CarPlay is not supported by the models with high allocation and above, but it is necessary to go down to the middle and low allocation models to have CarPlay, which may make many people entangled.

　　The design with only one USB interface in the front row still needs to be discussed. As a new car, this design should not be copied from Lei Ling. Fengyunyue enjoys the interactive function of smart phone, which is also very lethal. This is a standard weapon in the whole system. Simply put, the owner can check the car condition through Fengyunxing App on the mobile phone, and can also remotely control the vehicle, such as locking and opening the double flash, which is of great use.

　　As a new Toyota car, it is natural to continue to work hard on safety configuration. The whole system comes standard with 7 airbags, and the top model has 9 airbags. There is also a Toyota Zhixing safety system that will not be absent. Except for the minimum equipment, all departments are equipped with this system, which includes pre-collision system, adaptive cruise, lane keeping and automatic adjustment of high beam, and it is quite practical.

● Space: It depends on the trunk.

　　The seat is still a familiar design. Like Lei Ling, the ride feeling is not bad. The package and support are in place, and the cushion is not short, which can hold the thigh well.

　　Knowing that you are most concerned about space, let’s talk about the conclusion directly. There is no advantage in the rear leg space here, that is, it is at the same level as Lei Ling, but the head space is quite good. The manufacturer said that it is better than mainstream competitors at the same level. In addition, the backrest of the rear seat can be adjusted by 6 degrees, which is also a pleasing design.

　　The child safety seat interface in the back of this car is very eye-catching. Just dig a big slot and block it with a cover plate. Just take the cover plate away when you want to use it. I’ve tried many new Toyota cars before, except for Camry, which has the same design. Other mainstream models, such as Lei Ling, which is closely related, and Willanda, which has a higher level, and even the top warm men’s race in the family, don’t have this treatment. This little detail on Flananda deserves praise.

　　There is also an interesting point in the rear seats. There are no handrails in the rear of all models of Fenglanda, but there are central handrails in the rear of the high-end and top-end models of its brother Corolla. Will this configuration make everyone entangled?

■ Storage space

　　The performance of storage space in the car is very unsatisfactory. Many storage compartments have small internal space, such as the front armrest box, the storage compartment in front of the bumper is not big enough, and there are only door cup holders in the back row, and even more importantly, only one bottle of water can be put down.

　　The manufacturer seems to want to draw everyone’s attention to the trunk, so the configuration here has spent a lot of effort. In the high-equipped models, it is also an electric tailgate and a kick function, and the attraction is really good. After opening the tailgate, you can see that the trunk is not high from the ground, which is measured to be 750mm, but inside, it is sunken like a pit, and it will be more difficult to carry large luggage. By the way, like the long-distance test car Willanda I tried before, Flananda is not equipped with a trunk cover. It is an official accessory to be bought separately.

● Control: carefree power is the most unforgettable.

　　Let’s introduce the power. First of all, it is a 2.0L engine with a maximum power of 171 HP and a maximum torque of 205 Nm. The data is outstanding enough. The CVT gearbox matched with it is also the best partner for automatic locking. The manufacturer made them debut in the form of CP from the beginning. By the way, this powertrain is the main weapon of Flanders at present, because all models are equipped with this power configuration.

　　The power combination of this 2.0L engine +CVT gearbox is still very sincere. It belongs to the TNGA architecture and is relatively new in Toyota’s power lineup. It was only released in early 18 years. In addition, Corolla Cross in many places is equipped with relatively old power. Take a look at the China Taiwan Province version that we have tested before. It uses the power configuration of 1.8L naturally aspirated engine and +CVT gearbox. From the technical highlights, that 1.8L engine will indeed be rubbed on the ground by the new 2.0L engine on Flanders.

　　The next step is to guess the time. Will there be new members with other power configurations joining in after Fenglanda? Personally, I think there will be. First of all, the hybrid warrior is definitely not running. After all, all the overseas market versions of Fenglanda are selling hybrid models. Then, will the manufacturer add a few more models equipped with 1.5L engine, lower the starting price of this car a little, and let its attention continue to burn? It will take some time for these questions to be answered. Anyway, I didn’t find the answer at this test drive meeting.

　　With an interior similar to that of Lei Ling, it’s hard to get into this car without having the first impression of "this is a heightened version of Lei Ling", but this heightened sitting posture is quite pleasing and the vision is wide enough.

　　The familiar power configuration has a familiar and refreshing personality, and the throttle adjustment is more comfortable, not particularly sensitive, but it is obedient enough in the power output, the power comes directly, and the whole starting action is very smooth, and it feels really easy to drive in the city. The performance of strength can also be satisfactory. If you step on the accelerator a little deeper at the beginning, you can still feel quite active output, and the speed increase is neat enough.

　　It is naturally difficult for young people full of vitality to stay calm and honest. In the face of traffic jams, the dynamic performance is a little wronged, and the performance below 2000 rpm is not too spiritual. But as long as we seize the opportunity to deepen the throttle, the whole output will be much brighter after the speed goes up, and it will have a very good explosive force after 3000 rpm.

　　There is also a special place that can give people a good impression when driving this Flanders, that is, the output is always smooth. It can not only respond to the power output in tune, but also keep a coherent rhythm. For a compact SUV that locates the city, this performance is definitely the biggest plus item. In addition, the difference in dynamic response is quite obvious in the POWER strong mode. Young people still need to be a little crazy occasionally, and the POWER strong mode can help you bring more direct momentum.

　　The suspension structure is the former McPherson rear torsion beam, but I didn’t expect to have such a close relationship with Lei Ling, and it was actually separated here. However, the actual performance of the suspension will not make people worry. The TNGA architecture is still capable and resilient, and the vibration filtering performance is quite in place. The potholes and undulations on the road surface are simply filtered, and a little toughness can be fed back. It is really a big surprise that the suspension does not feel too stiff. The suspension shows a very stable texture.

　　Suspension adjustment will still have some tight characteristics. When encountering these "hard battles" of speed bumps, the vibration can’t be solved basically, and the heavy feeling is "scared away". By the way, after all, it is a compact SUV with entry positioning, and there is no four-wheel drive in Fenglanda.

　　The steering wheel turns a little more than two and a half times, the steering force is not particularly light, it feels a little tight, and the body follow-up is also direct enough. Is that what it feels like to have a knife in your hand? Unfortunately, the suspension support is a bit off the chain, and it is not particularly confident in the corner. Obviously, this is not an SUV that emphasizes sports.

　　It is officially announced that the turning radius of Fenglanda is 5.2 meters. Like C-HR, you can really feel its flexible skills when you turn around in the urban streets. The NVH project is ok, the wind noise and road noise are well controlled, and the engine noise is still inevitably transmitted into the cabin, but it is still within the acceptable range.

　　For the history of China, 1840 was a special year. In this year, the western powers opened the door to the Qing Dynasty, and from then on, China became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal country step by step from an independent feudal country. The year 1927 was also very special. The fall of Beiyang government and the establishment of Nanjing government marked the end of the early history of the Republic of China. The former can be regarded as the origin of China’s modern historiography, while the latter can be regarded as the initial formation of China’s modern historiography. This book discusses the process of China’s historiography changing from tradition to modernity.

　　Of course, the stages of historiography and social history are not necessarily identical. However, in China, history is greatly influenced by society, which is closely related to social development. The historical situation has changed, and historiography, as a reflection of history and a positive reaction to history, has naturally begun to change. No matter from the change of historiography itself or the change of social history, there is no doubt that China’s modern history is limited to 1840.

　　It is necessary to distinguish between "modern history" and "modern history" here. In the historical discourse system of modern China, generally speaking, the period before 1840 is regarded as the category of ancient history of China, the period from 1840 to 1919 as the category of modern history of China, and the period from 1919 to 1949 as the category of modern history of China. Of course, there are also views that the period from 1840 to 1949 belongs to the modern history of China. The reason is that from 1840 to 1949, the social form of China was basically in a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society; The history after 1949 belongs to the category of modern history in China. Although there are some differences between the so-called ancient, modern and present, this difference can be ignored in a long period of history. "Modern History" and "Modern History" can all be expressed in modern historiography if translated into English, but in the history of Chinese historiography, I think they are still necessary to be independent. “Modern historiography refers to China historiography from 1840 to 1902, and modern historiography refers to China historiography from 1902 to 1949. Why take 1902 as the dividing point between China’s modern historiography and modern historiography? This is because Liang Qichao published the famous New Historiography in 1902, which had a great influence, so it can be regarded as a sign to open the curtain of China’s modern historiography. The transformation of China’s historiography from tradition to modernity was not realized overnight, but went through a process of evolution, which is modern historiography. The study of modern history in China is mainly composed of two clues: one is the continuation of traditional historical research and compilation forms; First, historical works reflecting the spirit of the times and coping with social crises are constantly coming out, as well as the emergence and development of new historical thoughts and historical book compilation forms. These two clues are not completely separated, but intertwined. But on the whole, the former is in a state of decline, while the latter is booming.
