On June 5th, the first complete vehicle of iCAR 03 was officially rolled off the production line in Wuhu New Energy Factory. ICAR 03 was officially unveiled at this year’s Shanghai Auto Show, positioning a hard-core pure electric SUV, and the price may be around 150,000 yuan. It is reported that the new car plan will be officially mass-produced in October and will be delivered in the fourth quarter.
In terms of styling, iCAR 03 adopts a relatively square and tough design style as a whole, and the front grille is equipped with a luminous brand Logo. ICAR 03′ s body is a steel-aluminum hybrid body structure, which will be equipped with multi-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, roof rack, large-size skylight and square external "small schoolbag". In terms of body size, the length, width and height are expected to be around 4371*1909*1709mm, and the wheelbase will reach 2700 mm.
In terms of interior, the new car cockpit adopts the same tough style as the appearance. The straight lines are matched with the large-size floating central control panel and the full three-spoke steering wheel in the car. The overall layout meets the expectations of consumers. In addition, iCAR 03 will also be equipped with i-VA avatar, which will monitor the vehicle status in real time, and can view the video information of cameras around the car body through the mobile phone.
In terms of power, this car uses pure electric drive and will launch a variety of endurance versions. However, the specific data has not been disclosed officially, which only means that this car will have a power level similar to that of a 2.5T engine. In addition, iCAR 03 is expected to be equipped with iCAR’s intelligent cabin driving technology and more than 20 intelligent sensors to realize L2+ automatic driving.
