I. Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan for 2022

The prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation is powerful and effective. Efforts will be made to build a safer and more reliable power system, compile and implement a power grid development plan with a total investment of over 760 billion yuan, and accelerate the construction of a number of key projects such as gas-fired power generation at the bottom of the peak and Sichuan-Chongqing 1000 kV high-voltage AC project. At the same time, we are soberly aware that in 2022, the economic development of our province, like the whole country, will face triple pressures of shrinking demand, supply shock and expected weakening, and will also experience repeated attacks by epidemic diseases, extreme tests of the highest temperature, the least incoming water and the maximum electricity load on record, three major natural disasters such as earthquakes with magnitude of 6.0 or above, successive mountain torrents and mudslides, and multiple factors exceeding expectations. The growth rate of some indicators has not reached the expected target, and economic and social development still faces many difficulties and challenges. First, the foundation for economic stabilization and recovery is not solid enough, and the impact of the epidemic is unpredictable. The recovery of consumption, especially contact consumption, is sluggish, and industries such as accommodation, catering, transportation and cultural tourism need to be boosted urgently. Second, market expectations are generally weak, residents’ precautionary savings are rising, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households are facing difficulties in production and operation, and market participants are not confident enough. Third, there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses in the field of people’s livelihood and social undertakings. The employment situation of key groups such as college graduates is more severe, and the pressure to stabilize prices is still relatively high. Fourth, risks in real estate, finance, finance and other fields can not be ignored, and the task of ecological environment protection is still arduous. Safe production, farmland protection and disaster prevention and mitigation need continuous efforts. In this regard, we will adhere to the problem-oriented and take effective measures to solve it.

Delegates, looking back on the past five years from one year, we took the province’s efforts to win the battle against poverty in Sichuan and build a well-off society in an all-round way in step with the whole country. We made concerted efforts to fight the COVID-19 epidemic, effectively protected the lives of the people, seized the opportunity to promote the initial success of the construction of the twin-city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area, and continuously improved the strategic position of Sichuan in the overall situation of the country. We made concerted efforts to promote high-quality development and the total economic output crossed two trillion yuan, laying a solid foundation for leading Sichuan’s modernization with Chinese modernization. The struggle is full of hardships, and the achievements are hard-won. Both the cinema and the audience are expecting the performance of this film. But the day after its release, Ang Lee’s new film dropped from the single-day box office champion to the third place. The proportion of film arrangement on Monday also fell below 20%.


Someone has calculated an account for this action film with an investment of $140 million: judging from the current global box office revenue, Gemini Man may eventually lose $75 million. Among them, the estimated 200 million RMB box office in China has been regarded as the support of domestic audiences and cinemas for "An Shu" to make movies with heart.

At present, there are 30 CINITY cinemas in China that can show 120 frames, 4K and 3D versions of Gemini Man. More and more subdivided screening types and different cinema formats have made the screening market blossom, and the construction of cinemas is quite hot. Among many new cinemas, IMAX Hall and Dolby Cinema have become standard. So is it possible for Gemini Man to be regarded as a tipping point, so that the emergence of new cinemas will become a breakthrough in the next round of cinema upgrading and screen number growth?

"Twenty years ago, when I first entered the business, we only had 1,800 effective screens. The annual box office of China movies is less than 900 million, and most cinemas are closed. Companies in the field of film projectors and other equipment production also introduced on the Q&A platform: the main requirement for high-format projection is the processing power of the server. At present, mainstream media servers in the digital film industry can support 4K resolution and high frame rate of 120fps, but these two indicators cannot be met at the same time.

He has a favorable attitude towards the film investment company, the cinema and the film management company to continue to upgrade their projection equipment.

This Cantonese film, filmed in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, tells the story of Guangzhou girl Mai Wanting going to Hong Kong to find her father. Mai Wanting is about to get married, but she is a marginal figure in her fiance’s family. My father was a businessman who came to the mainland from Hong Kong to run an orchard many years ago. Cai Jie used to be a reporter, and later returned to Guangzhou University as a teacher in the direction of editing and directing.
